sonomadesigned is a web design studio in Petaluma, California. This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you fill out our project form, we collect your first and last name, your email address and anything you choose to share about your project. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic information about visits, such as the pages viewed, the type of browser and device, and the general region a visit comes from. We only look at this in aggregate, to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to reply to you and follow up about the work you asked about. We don’t sell your information, rent it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
This site is built and hosted on Framer, which processes form submissions and visit statistics for us. Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive. These providers use the information only to deliver their service to us.
Cookies
We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we’ll update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep project requests and emails for as long as we need them to respond and for normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we extend them to everyone. We won’t treat you differently for using them.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
