Self-help steps and real contacts for customers who need support
Where they started
Trellis Internet brings high-speed fixed wireless to homes and businesses across the North Bay, with home plans up to 500 Mbps and business connections up to 10 Gbps, all installed and supported by a local team in Rohnert Park.
The goal
Help visitors understand fixed wireless quickly, compare home and business plans at a glance, and reach the right person fast, whether they want to sign up or need help with an existing connection.
What we built
A homepage concept in Framer with key speeds up front, home and business plans with starting prices, a three-step explainer on fixed wireless, additional services, a service area list, a support section with troubleshooting steps and a clear call to check availability.
The IT underneath
Built so the Trellis team can update plans, pricing and service areas in Framer without a developer, and so it works as well on a phone as on a laptop.
